Libby's Corned Beef, 1 Can
Egg, 1 Egg
Green Onion, 2 Ounces
All-Purpose Flour, 3 Ounces
Potato, 1 Small Potato

Ingredients

  • 1 can Libby's Corned Beef
  • 1 jumbo egg
  • 2 ounces green onion, sliced
  • 3 ounces all-purpose flour
  • 5 ounces small potato, diced

 

Directions

  1. Slice green onions and dsmall dice potato.
  2. Steam small, diced potatoes for 10 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, combine corned beef, egg, all-purpose flour, green onion, and potatoes.
  4. Mix well until everything is incorporated.
  5. Portion your mix into 7, 3 ounce balls.
  6. Heat a large pan.
  7. Place hash balls into the hot pan and press down to form the "patty" shape.
  8. Sear for 2 minutes a side, or cook until heated through.
  9. Serve with your preferred egg!
